Purchase of a portrait or artwork does not transfer ownership of copyright. The artwork is for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without my written permission.
Customers are explicitly denied the right to:
- Reproduce, sell, or commercially distribute the artwork.
- Alter, modify, or digitally manipulate the artwork.
- Claim the artwork as their own or remove any signatures or watermarks.

By using this site and submitting a photo for a commissioned portrait, you grant Ramsaydigitals permission to use the reference image on social media, marketing materials, and portfolio displays. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing progress shots, side-by-side transformations, and final artwork.
